Lindsay Lohan is expecting her first child.
The “Mean Girls” star announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post on Tuesday, sharing an image of a baby onesie with “Coming soon…” written on it. The Long Island native’s post was captioned “We are blessed and excited!”
Lohan, 36, who grew up in Merrick and Cold Spring Harbor, married financier Bader Shammas in 2022, People magazine reported.
A message sent to Lohan’s representative was not immediately returned.
The 36-year-old actress, who was once a tabloid mainstay, has lived overseas for several years and kept a lower public profile.
She recently returned to acting, starring in Netflix’s “Falling for Christmas” last year. She’s also part of the cast in the streaming service’s upcoming romantic comedy “Irish Wish.”
In 1998, Lohan made her big screen debut at 11, playing twins reunited at day camp in “The Parent Trap.” She followed that up with starring roles in cult classics “Freaky Friday” in 2003 and “Mean Girls” in 2004. She has appeared in over 30 films.
