A brand-new Mobil gas station and Bolla Market has opened on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue — and it’s bringing coffee, pizza and a major upgrade to a previously lackluster stop.
Located across the street from McDonald’s and next door to Sumou Japanese restaurant, the modern Bolla Market replaces what had long been an Applegreen gas station and an adjacent mechanic shop. The site, at 770 Montauk Highway, had previously operated as a Mobil station years ago.
The transformation includes a new convenience store offering a Tim Hortons coffee shop and a Pizza Hut menu, part of Bolla’s ongoing partnerships with the two food chains. The additions make the rejuvenated, all-in-one location for coffee, snacks, pizza and fuel — particularly compared to its predecessor, which was known for sluggish pumps and high gas prices.
First for East Patchogue

This is the second Bolla Market in the Patchogue area; the other is located at 494 Medford Ave. in Patchogue.
The New York-based Bolla Oil Corporation has been expanding its network of upscale gas station markets across the region, increasingly integrating branded quick-serve options like Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut into its newer locations.
Tim Hortons, the Canadian coffee giant, and Pizza Hut have become regular features at Bolla Markets, aiming to turn everyday fuel stops into full-service convenience experiences.
