North Shore turns green for Miller Place–Rocky Point St. Patrick’s Day parade

One of the region’s largest St. Patrick’s Day parades descended upon the North Shore over the weekend.

The wildly popular Miller Place–Rocky Point St. Patrick’s Day Parade, organized by the Friends of St. Patrick, stepped off Sunday, stretching through both hamlets along Route 25A.

This year’s grand marshal was Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Jane Bonner, who led the 74th annual parade.
