Suffolk County’s newest Old Navy has opened in the Rocky Point Plaza, occupying the corner storefront previously filled by Famous Footwear.
The Brookhaven Town Board approved the plan for the new store inside this spring.
Known for offering affordable, casual clothing and accessories for men, women and children, including plus-size and maternity options, Old Navy operates more than 1,200 stores.
In Suffolk County, Old Navy has locations in Riverhead, Lake Grove, Shirley, Bohemia, Bay Shore, Commack, Huntington, Deer Park and West Babylon.
Located at the intersection of Route 25A and Rocky Point-Yaphank Road, Rocky Point Plaza is anchored by Kohl’s and also includes Walgreens, Subway, Philly Pretzel Factory and Michaels. Additionally, the Rocky Point post office is in the shopping center.
The new Old Navy held it’s grand opening weekend event Aug. 30-31.
