Photos: Alive After Five rolls on despite hazy skies in Patchogue

|

The hazy skies caused by Canadian wildfires drifting across the East Coast didn’t stop revelers from packing downtown Patchogue for Alive After Five on Thursday night.

Photographer James Ferguson captured the crowds, live music and street festival atmosphere along Main Street.

Now in its 25th season, Alive After Five runs from 5 to 9 p.m. and stretches from West Avenue to Maple Avenue.

The remaining festival dates are July 30 and Aug. 13, with a rain date set for Aug. 20.
