Greater Patchogue coverage is funded in part by New Village at Patchogue, offering open-concept rental residences with contemporary design in the heart of downtown Patchogue.
GreaterPatchogue.com reported yesterday that St. Joseph’s College is exploring the possibility of building space for up to 400 students to live in dormitories on its Patchogue campus.
If that worked out well, the school would then look into building more residence halls downtown.
