PopUp Bagels lands second Long Island location, this time on the East End

|

The viral bagel brand that drew massive lines in Nassau County is officially heading east.

PopUp Bagels has secured a second Long Island location at 130 Main Street in Westhampton, the company’s PR team confirmed to Greater Long Island. An opening timeline has not yet been announced.

The move comes after the company told GLI it was actively scouting the area following its highly anticipated debut in Roslyn in 2024.

That first Long Island shop — which opened Nov. 8 at 1388 Old Northern Blvd. in Roslyn— created a frenzy both in-person and on social media, with customers lining up to get their hands on the brand’s now-famous bagels.

“We knew the Roslyn community was excited about our opening, but we were truly amazed by just how enthusiastic they turned out to be,” founder Adam Goldberg previously told Greater Long Island. “Long Islanders are known for their high standards when it comes to bagels — and with so many bagel shops in the area, we didn’t take their warm welcome for granted.”

Founded out of Goldberg’s Connecticut home during the pandemic, PopUp Bagels quickly evolved from a backyard operation into a fast-growing brand with locations across New York City and New England. The company has also attracted notable investors, including actor Paul Rudd.

The concept is intentionally simple: small batches of hot bagels sold by the dozen, paired with rotating schmears and dips — often with lines forming before opening and sellouts happening within minutes.

The brand’s bagels — known for their crispy crust, soft interior and balanced toppings — have earned national buzz, along with back-to-back “Best Bagel” honors at Brooklyn’s BagelFest.
