Port Jefferson Station’s new Chipotle location to open Monday, July 30

|

The fast-growing restaurant chain Chipotle Mexican Grill is launching its newest Long Island location later this month.

The new Tex-Mex eatery will swing its doors open on Monday, July 30, in Port Jefferson Station. Chipotle is located in the Port Plaza shopping center on Route 112.

“Chipotle is always looking to open restaurants in areas new to Chipotle, like Port Jefferson, where they can make it easier for residents to enjoy flavorful, customizable food that’s made with only real, fresh ingredients,” a Chipotle spokesperson previously told GreaterPortJeff.

The nearest location for the next Chipotle Mexican Grill — which is headquartered in Southern California — is currently in Selden on Route 25/Middle Country Road, near County Road 83.

Another of Chipotle’s recent openings in Brookhaven Town is its new Patchogue location, which opened in December. Altogether, there are well over 2,000 Chipotle locations nationwide, with more than two dozen on Long Island.
