In the yard. On a boat. Up in the woods camping.
Now you can bring Salt & Barrel’s celebrated cocktails anywhere you’d like.
The Bay Shore oyster bar has just introduced a canning method, allowing the restaurant to serve to-go drinks in snazzy aluminum.
There’s even a to-go option for mini flasks.
“All cocktails are available by can and flask,” co-owner Ryan Flynn tells us.
That includes best-sellers Hemingway Daquiri and Prickly Pear Margarita. The cans are all labeled and branded with the S&B logo.
The announcement coincides with the restaurant’s introduction today, Friday, of new fall menus for dinner, cocktails and brunch. Those menus can still be enjoyed outdoors —under S&B’s new canopies with heaters — or safely at the bar between plexiglass dividers.

All cocktails are canned and labeled on-premises. The cans are 8 ounces and the prices vary depending on the drink. Cans are $1 more than drinks on the cocktail menu, which are 6 ounces. There’s also a to-go option for mini flasks. Flasks are $20 for 14 ounces of featured drinks.
