Downtown Sayville officially embraces autumn on Saturday, Oct. 12, during the community’s annual fall festival along Main Street. Long Island will have bid farewell to its second-summer days of 70- and 80-degree temperatures by the time Fall Fest 2019 and all of its pumpkins and roasted corn roll into town.
“It’s such a great day to visit Sayville and enjoy every inch of our Main Street stores that are all contributing to this great day,” said Eileen Tyznar, president of the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce. “Fall Fest is great, traditional family fun.”
The free event features a Halloween parade, contests, tons of food vendors and a steady flow of musical entertainment throughout the day.
