Sayville Nutrition House celebrates its grand opening

|

Sayville has its smoothie place back — just under a different name and with new ownership.

The Sayville Nutrition House is now open seven days a week, offering a menu of smoothies, protein shakes, and crepes, alongside coffee and herbal teas. Situated at 291 W. Main Street, the health-conscious eatery replaces The Six Juice Market at the east end of the Sayville Mini Center.

The business celebrated its grand opening on Friday night with a lively community event hosted by the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce. Local officials, fellow business owners, and residents gathered to mark the occasion. Attendees enjoyed free samples, giveaway gifts, live music and photo opportunities with Santa Claus.

The menu boasts a bevy of healthy yet indulgent options, such as the Strawberry Cheesecake smoothie, which features 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals and a flavor-packed experience with fewer calories than a banana. We imagine that it pairs well with the shop’s protein crepe (28 grams!) that arrives on your plate filled with banana and strawberries and a chocolate drizzle on top.

The café, which features dine-in and, on warmer days, outdoor seating is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
