Scott’s Pointe adventure park readies for its inaugural New Year’s Eve bash

The new Scott’s Pointe adventure park will be kicking off 2024 on Long Island with a bang!

And everyone is invited for a night of feasting, drinking and dancing.

The ballroom veranda.

But unlike with other NYE parties, you’ll also have the option to run around with your closest friends playing laser tag or miniature golf, jumping in race simulators and more.

The space also features three huge bars. And one of those bars is in the upstairs ballroom, where revelers will be treated to unlimited premium cocktails, food and a DJ-spun dance night.

Just dress to impress up there. The ball will drop at midnight for everyone on a massive, 20-foot LED screen with a picture so clear you might swear you’re in Times Square for the big occasion.

But we’d rather be at Scott’s Pointe, to be honest.

New Year’s Eve revelers will have two options. One is the VIP package, which grants you access to the full open bar, buffet dinner and dancing in the upstairs ballroom overlooking the park and lake.

The downstairs attractions will also be at your fingertips. Click here for VIP tickets that are $140 per person. (You could book a full table of 8 people for $1,000, which equals $125 per person.) 200 tickets will be sold. If the ballroom and dancing doesn’t appeal to you, there’s another option.

$80 per person will get you general admission to the adventure park, along with unlimited beer, wine and finger foods — with a complimentary champagne toast when midnight strikes. The park’s indoor, full-service restaurant and bar will also be open into the night.

Ready to go!

The ownership team at Scott’s Pointe says laser tag has quickly emerged as one of their most highly rated attractions, so if you go, make sure to get in the arena. They promise you’ll have a blast.

Other, not-yet-mentioned attractions accessible to all ticket-holders include axe-throwing and rock-climbing — with five rock walls available. Party-goers will also have the option to book time for the surfing (30 minutes) or golfing simulators (60 minutes), just check the website for rates and to book a slot.

Also, the park will be fully open on New Year’s Eve day to families, with a ball-drop on the big screen for kids happening at 6:30 p.m. The park then closes at 7 p.m. to prep for the New Year’s Eve adult festivities that start at 8 p.m. and go until 1 a.m.

Scott’s Pointe is located at 5835 Middle Country Road in Calverton.
