Mastic Beach teen snapped photos of man in Smith Haven Mall restroom stall, cops say

Suffolk Police are asking anyone who may have been victimized by a Mastic Beach man to come forward after he was caught allegedly photographing another man inside a Smith Haven Mall restroom.

Antonio Masso, 18, was arrested at the Lake Grove mall on Tuesday, police said.

According to police, a man using the restroom saw Masso reach over from a neighboring stall and take photos of him with a cell phone.

The victim confronted Masso outside the restroom, and mall security called police.

Masso was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims. Anyone who thinks they may have been targeted by Masso is asked to call Suffolk Police at 631.854.8452.
