The kickline teams at Smithtown High School East and West each secured national championship titles in Orlando, Florida, earlier this month.
The Smithtown High School East Varsity Whisperettes won their 23rd consecutive Small High Kick National Championship at ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World. The school first won the title back in 1999.
Nearby at Universal Studios, the Smithtown High School West Whisperettes earned the NDA National Championship in medium varsity kick. It is their 10th NDA kick national championship and fourth consecutive first-place finish.
