The 2021 Long Island Fall Festival happens this October in Huntington

|

The countdown begins for what’s widely considered to be the ultimate fall festival on Long Island, and among the largest in the Northeast.

The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Huntington will be co-hosting their annual Long Island Fall Festival at Heckscher Park (2 Prime Ave.) from Oct. 8 to Oct. 11.

The Columbus Day weekend event draws thousands of families each year from across the Tri-State area.

It’s free to the public and offers various attractions, such as four stages of entertainment, a world-class carnival, hundreds of arts and craft vendors, international food courts, a farmer’s market, and numerous kid-friendly activities.

Admission is free and along with street parking, people can take a shuttle bus from the Huntington LIRR for $1 round trip.
