The Bean of Patchogue coffeehouse set to open on West Main Street

|

The wait is almost over.

The Bean of Patchogue is officially opening on Wednesday, July 18.

“Great things take time,” Bean co-owner Rob Cutrone told GreaterPatchogue Monday.

It took over 10 months to transform the prior Queen City Cupcakes into the rustic-yet-modern coffeehouse at 62 West Main Street.

“We’ve been crafting our team of baristas and our environment,” said Cutrone of West Islip. “When you walk into our store for the first time, it will be as if you’ve been here all along.”

To help mark the opening, Cutrone and his team will be walking around downtown Patchogue the day before the launch, Tuesday, to handout free coffees.

Patchogue will be the third location for the growing chain of Bean coffeehouses, with the other two located in Babylon and Bay Shore.
