Or, come up with your own signature dish, using the freshest of locally sourced ingredients.
All it takes is a credit card and a couple taps on the screen at The Oar Waterfront Market online.
The market website goes live on Tuesday, Feb. 2.
“In an era where dining-in isn’t as accessible as it once was due to COVID-19, The Oar’s owners wanted to bring delicious food to their customers to prepare at home,” reads an announcement.
The Oar Waterfront Market customers will be able to browse the online selection and place orders, 24/7, for pick-up at the restaurant on Patchogue River. Pickup times will be Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 7 p.m.
“Customers can expect to find fresh seafood and beef along with soups, sauces, and desserts,” the announcement also reads “If those who are fans of The Oar’s house marinade want to season their burgers, steaks and more to be just like theirs, now they can!
“Sold by the piece, customers can order Sea Bass, Salmon, Filet, New York Strip and more. Everything is locally sourced so people can count on having the freshest food to bring home and prepare for their friends and family.”
There will also be kits that customers can use to match dishes served at the restaurant, such as The Oar Burger Kit, a Lobster Salad Kit or a deconstructed Tuna Tartare, and others.
