Friday is Dog’s Night Out in Bellport Village, followed by an 8 p.m Allman Brothers tribute band at the village bandshell down on Bellport Bay.
At 7 p.m. that same night in Patchogue’s Shorefront Park, That 70s Band takes to the Village Bandshell.
New Village at Patchogue is also putting on a free show on Saturday with Gerry McKeveny.
Meanwhile, a music festival that features 26 bands playing original music will have been rocking The Emporium in Patchogue for the Today’s Mixtape Festival ’15, which runs Saturday and Sunday, day and night.
“Today’s Mixtape prides itself on showcasing emerging talent that inevitably go on to great success, as evidenced by past lineups,” its organizers say.
The event is spearheaded by founder Jake Zimmerman, a Long island native.
