The Town of Brookhaven announced on Wednesday that five town-owned marinas will reopen Saturday, May 9.
This includes the nearby marinas at Port Jefferson Harbor and Mount Sinai’s Cedar Beach. Others on the list are Corey North and South in Blue Point, Sandspit in Patchogue, and Forge River in Mastic.
While the facilities will be accessible to the public, code enforcement officers will be on hand to ensure social distancing protocols, a town spokesperson wrote in a release.
