It’s beginning to look alot like Halloween in downtown Sayville.
That’s because dozens of students from Sayville High School and Middle School have painted the windows of Main Street and Railroad Avenue businesses with Halloween-themes they designed in art class.
Generations of students have enjoyed the annual tradition in all kinds of weather. And despite inclement weather last Thursday afternoon, teams of art students — chaperoned by their teachers — used painting supplies provided by the Kiwanis Club to paint the town Halloween, just in time for Saturday’s Fall Fest.
