At least four people were injured in an accident involving a fire truck careening off the road into a furniture store in Rockville Centre on Friday, according to reports.

At 11:15 a.m., a Rockville Centre Fire Department fire truck was en route to a call regarding a “burning smell” when the truck slammed into the back of a white Lexus and then into Master of Furniture, a store that specializes in furniture restoration.

The accident happened on South Long Beach Road near Rutland Avenue. A Ring camera captured the crash. Watch it below.

A spokesperson for the fire department confirmed to Newsday that three firefighters and a civilian were injured, but none have life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Lexus was unharmed.

“Rockville Centre Fire Department was responding to a fire alarm,” Richard Corbett, commissioner of the Nassau County Office of Emergency Management, told reporters at the scene. “I don’t know how this occurred. I just know that a fire truck ran into a building.”

Around 1:30 p.m., the fire truck was seen being towed from the building. Watch the video below.
