Wantagh-based E Squared 11 LLC has claimed a $1,000 a Day for Life top prize in New York Lottery’s CASH4LIFE game, lottery officials said.
The company matched all six numbers drawn in the April 17 CASH4LIFE drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Sunrise Liquor Store, located at 1851 Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.
CASH4LIFE’s top prize guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million, though the LLC elected to receive a lump sum payment of just under $4.6 million, after required withholdings.
The winning numbers in the drawing were 10, 14, 32, 55 and 56. The Cash Ball was 2.
