Wonder, a food hall unlike any other, just opened in Melville

|

Wonder — a new food hall concept that brings together top chefs and restaurants from around the country — is now open in Melville.

The company — founded by Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx owner Marc Lore — opened its 46th location on May 8 at 925A-1 Walt Whitman Road, directly across from Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace.

“We are so excited to bring the Wonder experience to Long Island!” said Daniel Shlossman, the company’s chief growth and marketing officer. “With our roots in New York City, establishing a presence on Long Island is a key step for us, and we’re eager to continue our goal of making great food more accessible.”

The concept allows customers to mix and match meals from multiple award-winning restaurants and chefs — all in one order.

Featured names include Bobby Flay, José Andrés, Nancy Silverton and Marcus Samuelsson. You’ll also find popular spots like Tejas Barbeque and Di Fara Pizza.

Everything is made to order and delivered within 30 minutes. There are also pick-up and limited dine-in options at the Melville storefront.

Delivery is available to the following ZIP codes: 11735, 11743, 11746, 11747, 11797, 11803, and 11804.

Wonder currently operates 45 other locations across New York City, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

More Long Island locations are already in the works, including in Deer Park and Holbrook.
