The national chain’s second Suffolk location has been in very high demand since it’s early Aug. 31 grand opening at 289 Middle Country Road, in the former Ruby Tuesday’s. The other Long Island locations are in East Meadow and Deer Park.
“We’re really excited,” the location’s managing partner, Kristina Wilson, told us during a special friends and family night in August. “We strive to be the friendliest place in town.”
After opening in 1993, the Kentucky-based company has over 520 locations in the U.S. and 10 worldwide. On average, its restaurants average 5,000 guests per week and serve 300,000 meals per day, according to Texas Roadhouse.
