Town of Islip representatives will be presenting plans for the next phase of the parking meter program in Bay Shore at a Bay Shore Chamber of Commerce meeting Tuesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. at the Bay Shore-Brightwaters Public Library.
The library is located at 1 South Country Road in Brightwaters. All are welcome.

Meters were introduced to Main Street in Bay Shore and some side streets in November.

Only the most centrally located Town parking lot spaces will be metered – All other Town parking lots will remain FREE.
The Metered Lots will be:
• The Town Lot at South Park Avenue & Gibson Street
• The Town Lot at Maple Avenue & Gibson Street
• The Town Lots along Gibson Street between Maple Avenue and Shore Lane
• The Town Lots along the south side of Mechanicsville Road between Park Avenue & Third Avenue
• A portion of the Town Lot immediately west of North Park Avenue between Mechanicsville & Main Street
