Runners young and old ventured into a wet, chilly morning in Bay Shore for the Northwell Health Great South Bay Run half marathon Saturday.
The 31st annual event, long called the Entenmann’s Great South Bay Run, also includes a 5K and 10K. This year featured a 1K fun run for kids as well.
