Despite some gloomy weather, the Sagtikos Manor Historical Society Fall Festival went on as planned Sunday in Bay Shore.
And this was a true Colonial experience, featuring the 3rd NY Revolutionary Regiment complemented by other Colonial players and old-time artisans such as weavers, potters and quilters.
There was live music and vendors sold items ranging from locally made honey to wooden carvings and paintings.
