04-12-13-21-26 were the winning numbers in Monday’s TAKE 5 drawing by the New York Lottery — and the big ticket was sold in Bay Shore.
The $58,536.50 top prize matched all five of five numbers.
The ticket was sold at the Speedway gas station mart just east of Southside Hospital, at 327 Montauk Highway in Bay Shore, Lottery officials announced Tuesday.
In addition, 228 players each purchased winning tickets worth $385 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing.
In total, there were 81,885 TAKE 5 winners for the October 10 drawing, officials said.
The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
