Seven Islip lacrosse players sign letters of intent to play at college

Seven seniors from Islip High School recently signed national letters of intent to play lacrosse in college next fall: Jeffrey Atlas (Florida Southern College in Lakeland), Nicholas Barry (U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland), Mike Bienkowski (U.S. Military Academy at West Point), Kerri Cummings (Mercy College in upstate Dobbs Ferry), Theodore McLoughlin (Binghamton University), Michael Paolicelli (also Mercy College) and Ethan Rall (Rutgers University in New Jersey).

“We congratulate these outstanding student-athletes on their accomplishment and look forward to following their college careers,” said Islip Athletic Director John Sparacio.
