The North Babylon School District played host this year to a brand-new summer recreational program at William E. DeLuca Elementary School.

According to the district, students participated in many indoor and outdoor activities in a program designed to teach students the importance of teamwork and remaining active during the summer.
The rec program was led by faculty members, students and North Babylon High School alumni. Activities included sports and arts and crafts, such as T-shirt art. (Photos below ad.)
