The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Terryville man who is diabetic and may be suicidal.
Michael Boreshesky, 71, of Superior Street, was last seen boarding the Port Jefferson Ferry at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Boreshesky is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds with brown eyes, blond hair and wears glasses.
At the time he boarded the ferry, he was wearing a black winter coat and black hat.
