The prettiest weather of 2018 happened to coincide with this year’s “Under the Big Tent” party outside the First Baptist Church in Bay Shore.
Saturday marked the fifth annual Under the Big Tent — a day filled with food, activities and entertainment.
The day is run jointly by Great South Bay YMCA and First Baptist Church volunteers.
This year, representatives from Seatuck Environmental Association in Islip were also on hand to talk about preserving and protecting Long Island’s local ecosystems.
