Brunch has officially arrived at Westhampton Beach Brew & Grille.
The restaurant recently rolled out a weekend brunch menu at its Manorville location, giving locals a new spot for pancakes, French toast, egg tacos and, soon, breakfast burritos.
The menu is available Saturdays and Sundays at 496 County Road 111, with owners planning to gauge the response before potentially bringing brunch to the restaurant’s Westhampton Beach location.
“Since we started here last year, we’ve always wanted to do brunch,” co-owner John Salvaggio said. “The community always seemed to be really into it and really wanted it to happen because there’s not that many places around here to go.”
From brewery to grille
Salvaggio owns Westhampton Beach Brew & Grille with Brian Sckipp and Vinny Greco. The restaurants grew out of Westhampton Beach Brewing Company, which the partners launched about eight years ago at Francis S. Gabreski Airport.
“We always wanted to branch off and just start a restaurant,” Salvaggio said.
That happened in April 2025, when the first Westhampton Beach Brew & Grille opened in Manorville. The business expanded again a year later with a second restaurant at 115A Main St. in Westhampton Beach.
The original brewery remains at the airport, where the company continues to brew the beer served at both restaurants. Its tasting room also serves snacks including personal pizzas and giant Bavarian pretzels and hosts live music.
The two restaurants offer a broader menu of burgers, sandwiches, wings, salads and entrees.
Burgers have become one of the signature items, with beef supplied by Justin’s Chop Shop, the well-known local butcher based in Westhampton Beach.
The menus vary somewhat between the two restaurants, with the larger Manorville kitchen allowing for additional offerings.
