Thousands flocked to Montauk Highway in East Islip on Sunday for what’s traditionally the region’s first St. Patrick’s Parade of March.
The parade, organized by the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Devision 7, marches from Bank of America, just west of Heckscher State Parkway, to Brookwood Hall on Irish Lane.
This year’s grand marshal was Jimmy O’Kane.
