President Donald Trump is coming back to Suffolk County this Friday to talk about gang-related violence, according to a report in Newsday.
The article cites U.S. Rep. Peter King saying the president will discuss the crime caused by the gang MS-13, which has been responsible for nearly a dozen murders on Long Island.
Suffolk County Police Commissioner Tim Sini said an estimated 400 gang members live on Long Island, mainly in Brentwood, Central Islip, Huntington Station, Hempstead and Freeport, Newsday reported.
For security purposes, information has not been released on where the president will visit.
Trump came to Suffolk County during the 2016 election campaign, stopping at Patchogue to speak in the now-closed Emporium.
