Paint the Town Studio launches pottery classes in Patchogue

|

This is not your mom’s ceramics class.

This is doing actual pottery in a downtown while sipping on wine or craft beer.

And it’s now happening at Paint the Town, the paint-and-sip studio that opened in 2015 in Patchogue Village.

Starting this month, Paint the Town guests can take to the pottery wheel at one of two class options: “Sip ‘n Spin” or “Pottery Wheel Throwing,” according to a Paint the Town press release.

“This class is a great activity for couples looking for a fun, new date night activity,” said Alison Hinkaty, the studio’s owner. “Grab a drink from our bar, or bring your own bottle, sit down and get creative. It’s a great activity that won’t take up your entire night or break the bank.”

Paint the Town, located at 73 North Ocean Avenue, also offers advanced pottery, DIY and traditional paint-and-sip as well.
