Stylists, designers, makeup artists, media and models will be descending on Patchogue this summer to be honored in the first-ever Long Island Fashion Awards Gala.
The first installment of the annual event happens Sunday, July 14, at 89 North Music Venue.
“The L.I. Fashion Awards has been launched to bring some much needed recognition and exposure to those in the vibrant and far-reaching business arenas within fashion,” reads a press announcement.
The awards night, which will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., is being presented by Fashion 4 Purpose, which has been organizing bi-annual fashion shows for charity since 2011.
Fashion 4 Purpose describes the night as a “luxury fashion event.”
“Through their unwillingness to settle for anything less than the absolute best for themselves and their clients, these honorees have truly made a name for themselves,” the announcement also reads.
“Fashion 4 Purpose is proud and excited to recognize these individuals who have shown their dedication and true support to the Long Island Fashion Community.”
