Local realtors rally for Stony Brook children’s care with Sept. 29 golf event

It’s an event where every drive, chip and putt are about swinging open doors for children in need.

Howard Hanna Coach Realtors’ charity golf outing on Sept. 29 at St. George’s Golf and Country Club in Setauket will benefit the Stony Brook Children’s Free Care Fund.

And there are plenty of ways to participate and/or contribute.

The schedule of events includes registration at 10:30 a.m.; shotgun tee-off and lunch at noon; and cocktails, dinner and raffles at 5:30 p.m.

Golf participation options include foursome packages for $1,500, individual golfer spots for $400, or dinner-only attendance for $150.

In between are dinner sponsor for $5,000, lunch sponsor at $3,000, golf cart sponsor for $3,000, driving range/putting sponsor at $1,250, hole sponsor at $1,000, and tee sponsor for $200.

Each sponsorship level includes various benefits, such as signage, logo placement and program acknowledgment.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Stony Brook Children’s Free Care Fund.
