One of country music’s biggest stars is bringing his powerful voice to Long Island this summer.
Chris Stapleton will take the stage at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater on August 26.
The performance is part of Stapleton’s “All-American Road Show,” which has already sold out multiple dates nationwide. The Jones Beach stop is among more than 20 new shows recently added to the tour.
A Grammy Award winner, Stapleton has become one of country music’s most popular artists since the release of his breakthrough 2015 album Traveller. Known for his blues- and soul-influenced sound, he’s built a devoted following with both chart-topping hits and critically acclaimed songwriting.
Stapleton’s live shows are recognized for their stripped-down style, placing the focus on musicianship rather than elaborate production. Setlists typically blend fan favorites with newer material.
Country singer Carter Faith will open the show.
Tickets go on sale one week from tomorrow at 10 a.m. through Stapleton’s website at chrisstapleton.com.
