After scaling down its hours during the winter months, AJ’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese Shop in Bay Shore is getting set to fully relaunch.
And in the meantime, the kitchen has been working to expand their offerings on West Main Street.
AJ’s owner Anthony Leis has just announced the shop’s new quesadilla menu, which he describes as “very unique and delicious.”
Among the options for quesadillas at Aj’s include the Philly, crispy BBQ chicken and bacon, Mac n Cheese with Bacon and much more.
These will all be available starting Friday, March 26.
“We hope these new items will set the stage for our full reopening, which will be happening soon,” Leis said.
