Retro Fitness celebrated grand re-opening events at three of its Long Island locations this week.
The chain’s health clubs in Bay Shore, Ronkonkoma and Elwood each held a special ribbon cutting event to show off newly engineered spaces that feature state-of-the-art exercise equipment and massage chairs. The three locations are developing plans to host open house events in April, a company spokeswoman said.
The amenities at the spruced up spaces include:
- State-of-the art exercise equipment
- Tanning
- Smoothie bar
- Massage chairs
- Personal training
- Group fitness classes
- Bring a friend “every time”
- Member’s reward program
The hours of operation at each club are:
- Retro Fitness Bay Shore – Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Friday 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Retro Fitness Elwood – Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday, 5 a..m-10 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Retro Fitness Ronkonkoma – Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Friday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
