The brothers behind Bay Shore’s Verde Kitchen & Cocktails and Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar are readying to begin their newest venture.
This weekend, Anthony and Andrew Tartaglia, along with James Howell, Nick Ketcham, and Ian Soukup — O.G. staffers from Verde and Coastal — will be reopening the Brightwaters Inn.
The team took possession of neighborhood bar and grille earlier this year, and were aiming to open in March, however, like many other places, the virus put a pause on business.
Over the last few months, countless hours went into sprucing up the Brightwaters Inn. New additions like multiple big-screen TVs and new backdoor patio have been installed.
But Inn loyalists, fear not. The owners kept the pool table. And they kept the dartboard, too.
