Brookhaven Town officials last week announced that 11 new pickleball courts were built this winter into spring and have opened across the town just in time for summer.
This comes in addition to the pickleball courts at the Centereach pool and the courts in Mastic, which are expected to be resurfaced soon.
Plans are also afoot to build courts at Martha Avenue Park in Bellport, officials said.
Here’s where to find the new courts, courtesy of the Town of Brookhaven Department of Parks, Recreation and Sports, and Cultural Resources:
- Sylvan Avenue Park in Miller Place (3 new courts)
- Medford Athletic Complex (4 new courts)
- Moriches Sports Complex (4 new courts)
