Burgerology to debut in Stony Brook next week

|

Burgerology is days away from opening its doors in Stony Brook.

Maria Galatoulas, manager of Burgerology Huntington, confirmed to GreaterPortJeff that the rapidly expanding, family-owned and operated restaurant chain is aiming to launch in Stony Brook “sometime next week.”

The Galatoulas family of Bellmore signed the lease for the former Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza space located at 2302B Nesconset Highway back in November.

Principal owner Eddie Galatoulas says the Stony Brook Burgerology will be among the family’s biggest Burgerologys at 3,400 square feet.

There are Burgerology locations across the island, including in Astoria, Rockville Centre, Syosset (an express location), Huntington and Patchogue

Like Burgerology in Patchogue, the new Stony Brook location will offer outdoor seating as well. The outdoor area will feature covered seating, heaters, TVs and a sound system.

Customers who visit Stony Brook’s Burgerology location can expect to find the chain’s specialty, made-to-order burgers, craft beer, cocktails, as well as those extravagant, Instagram-worthy milkshakes.
