What’s arguably Long Island’s hottest restaurant, The Farm Italy in Huntington, is now serving lunch.
So if you’ve been trying for dinner and striking out, maybe try the daytime.
“Everyone is so distressed about us being booked months in advance at dinner,” a Farm Italy representative told us. Which is why they want Long Islanders to know lunch is now an option from noon to 3 p.m. whenever The Farm Italy is open, which is Tuesday through Sunday.
And the lunch menu is fairly similar to the dinner menu, minus a few items.

“The [other] good thing is, and people don’t realize this, the patio seating is first-come-first-serve, so until about the end of October or whenever it gets seriously cold, that is still available,” the representative added.
That sounds to us like it might get even harder to land dinner reservations come winter.
