Choosing your best fit: New Year deals rolled out at six leading Long Island gyms

|

Though the holiday feasts may seem behind us, our belt buckles may be telling the world a different story.

All that turkey, ham, cookies and cheer have perhaps brought on a few extra pounds.

We’re two days into the New Year, but there’s still plenty of time to accommodate your New Year’s health resolutions and cash in on special rate gym membership deals being offered at Long Island’s biggest fitness chains.

Long Islanders are fortunate to have a myriad of fitness chains to choose from. Below, we delve into membership offerings provided by six major fitness establishments – Planet Fitness, Orangetheory, LA Fitness, Gold’s Gym, the YMCA of Long Island, and Retro Fitness.

Whether you want to hit the weights, achieve a cardio boost, participate in group fitness or shoot hoops, these gyms can help you make 2024 your healthiest year yet.
