Dang BBQ owner Anthony Mastro has announced that the Islip location will close next week. In a heartfelt letter, he reflected on the restaurant’s journey since 2017, the challenges of COVID-19, and the community’s unwavering support.
While the Islip chapter ends, Dang Roadhouse in Seaford will remain open, along with catering and food trucks, according to Mastro.
Mastro thanked customers for their years of support, assuring them, “This isn’t goodbye, as we will see each other again.”
