The Bay Shore Historical Society will meet Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Bay Shore – Brightwaters Public Library (1 South Country Rd., Brightwaters, NY).

David Morrison will present the “History of the Long Island Rail Road”. David Morrison is a railroad historian, author, and retired Long Island Rail Road branch line Manager.

The meeting is open to the public at no charge and no sign-up is required. Refreshments will be served. Masks are optional at the Bay Shore-Brightwaters Library as part of COVID-19 safety regulations.
