It’s fall ya’ll!
At least it’s starting to feel like it.
And to get things rolling, Brightwaters Farms will be firing up its big, annual Fall Harvest a week earlier than usual. The gates at the 12-acre working farm will be unlocked to the public in Bay Shore on Saturday, Sept. 23, and remain open through Sunday, Oct. 31.
The farm offers pumpkin picking, animal viewing and feeding, a farm playground, homemade baked pies, apple cider donuts and cookies, beer, wine and more.
The big parties happen on Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day, when for $20 per person families have access to unlimited hayrides, magic shows, face painting, rubber ducky races, pumpkin patch bean bag toss, the farm pit stop challenge, a strong man challenge and much more.
This is one of the biggest fall and Halloween-time attractions on Long Island.
