Xpressions in Farmingville closes, dispensary shop planned for site

Cue Rihanna: “Na-na-na, come on!”

But it’s true. Xpressions — the adult boutique shop that’s long held fort on busy North Ocean Avenue in Farmingville near Horseblock Road — has closed.

The store has long been a haven for lingerie, sex toys and adult novelties (the kind of stuff Rihanna croons about in “S&M”).

A manager at Xpressions’ Oakdale shop confirmed to Greater Long Island that the chain’s owner accepted what was described as a “great deal” from a buyer who plans to open a dispensary at the Farmingville site, 2400 N. Ocean Ave.

Though Farmingville’s Xpressions is gone, the chain still operates boutiques in Oakdale, Lindenhurst and Hempstead, where customers can still browse racks and shelves filled with everything from vibrators and lubricants to lingerie and gag gifts.
